Does it work with my Belabox / LiveU?
Yes. We run a dedicated SRTLA receiver (SRTLA on port 5000, SRT on port 9999) at ingest.fizzypeak.stream — same specs as every common IRL server (SRTLA bonding is included from IRL Pro). In the dashboard you get your stream URL as copy-paste and as a QR code for the Belabox app.
Do I need Windows / RDP / Remote Desktop?
No. Our scene editor, Smart AutoMod and multistream run entirely in the browser. If you need the classic OBS Studio workflow with plugins (VST filters, special source combos), the IRL Pro+ plan includes our Cloud-OBS Studio — a dedicated, headless OBS in a Docker container.
Is moderation included? Any extra costs?
Yes — rule-based AutoMod (link/caps/spam filters) and hate-raid protection are included in every paid plan, at no extra cost.
Can I stream 24/7?
Yes — 24/7 loop streaming is available from IRL Pro (€21/mo): from a playlist or your entire recording archive, so your channel keeps running even after Twitch deletes the original VODs. For live IRL, auto-bitrate protection keeps you online by switching scenes on signal drops. 24/7 channels run on dedicated relay resources.
Coming from another setup. How do I migrate?
Sign up, copy your stream key, paste it into Belabox — done. Takes < 10 minutes. You can rebuild scene layouts in our browser editor (or import an OBS Studio profile if you use the IRL Pro+ plan with Cloud-OBS Studio).
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel instantly through the end of your term, no extra charges. Cloud recordings are kept up to your plan’s storage limit; archived Twitch VODs get a 30-day grace period after a downgrade (we email you first). After cancellation your stream keys are deactivated.
Do I really not need a gaming PC?
No. For €0 Starter and €14 Creator one encoder is enough: a phone with the Moblin or Larix app, an action cam (GoPro Hero 7+), Belabox, LiveU, or an existing OBS. We handle scenes, overlays, multi-platform and AutoMod server-side. Your gaming PC can stay off.

Only if you want cloud-side OBS Studio with plugins (e.g. for VST filters or special source combos) do you need IRL Pro+ (€37/month) — there the Cloud-OBS Studio is included.
Are your servers in Europe? Is FizzyPeak GDPR-compliant?
Yes. All stream relays and databases run in Germany (Netcup data centers in Nuremberg). Your stream and account data stay on our German servers. Two narrow exceptions: transactional emails are delivered via Resend (US processor), and the optional AI moderation (opt-in) sends flagged chat lines to Anthropic (US). We provide a DPA (data processing agreement) under Art. 28 GDPR on request — write to [email protected]. More in our privacy policy.
